Swim4Life Watford Terms and Conditions
•    Payment must be made via direct debit half termly.  If payment is not taken the swimming lesson will not go ahead.
•    Courses are non-refundable under any circumstances once the booking has been made.
•    If you wish to terminate your swimming lessons you must give us 1 month’s notice in advance.
•    Swim4Life will not credit, refund or make-up lessons for swimmers who are unable to attend, unwell or required to isolate for a positive COVID-19 case.

•    Swim4Life will not credit or refund lessons for term time holidays taken.
•    Swimmers must wear appropriate swimwear including a swimming hat.
•    Swimmers must listen to instructions given by the teaching staff.  Failure to do this may result in their lesson ending
•    We cannot hold a space without payment
•    No refund will be given for unforeseen circumstances beyond Swim4Life’s control i.e. weather, structural damage.
•    Parents must supervise children in the changing rooms.

•    Children over the age of 8 need to get changed in the changing room of their gender.  Alternatively they can use the Family change if necessary.
•    Swim4Life will follow the Swim England Criteria for stages lessons
•    To give you the best quality lesson, Swim4life will operate with small class sizes
•    All swimming teachers hold a nationally recognised swimming teaching qualification and have a DBS (disclosure and barring scheme) check.
•    Swim4life will aim to provide the same swimming teacher each week but has the right to replace them with another qualified teacher.
•    Parents and siblings may watch on poolside at their own risk. 

•    Children that are not in their swimming lesson are the responsability of their parent.
•    Children under 8 must have a parent stay with them for the duration of their lesson.
•    You will be contacted when your child is ready to move to the next stage.
•    Please comply with all Fuller Life/Cassio Metro rules and guidance.
•    Swim4Life cannot accept responsibility for any incidents in the Fuller Life car park.
•    There is no parking allowed on the Cassio Metro site.  The closest place to park is on Cassiobury Park Avenue.  Please be aware of parking restrictions on Cassiobury Park Avenue between 9-11am and 2-4pm.

•    If you park on the Cassio Metro site as a non resident, you risk receiving a parking fine in the post.
•    No outdoor shoes are permitted to be worn on poolside.
•    We advise that children attending our parent & toddler classes wear a wetsuit and swim nappy.
•    We will not sell or give your personal data to any third parties
•    By making payment you are agreeing that you have read, understood, and accepted our terms and conditions.
