SPORTSABILITY SWIM SCHOOL TERMS AND CONDITIONS - PLEASE READY CAREFULLY

COURSE INFORMATION AND NOTICE PERIOD

• Your child will be expected to move lessons according to their developing ability. We will provide you with options and availability for appropraite classes after assessment dates if you child has achieved their current certificate. 
• We only provide lessons for Preschool to Improvers.  Once the swimmer has achieved Goldfish 3 we will offer a Junior Lifeguard Course or provide information on reputable alterntaive swim schools for you swimmer to continue to the more advanced stages.

• All swimming lessons are 6 weeks courses unless notified otherwise
• A current Direct Debit Mandate must be active in order to secure placement in our swimming programme
• 2 weeks notice of Cancellation must be given via your Client Hub login before the end of the current 6 week term as notice of cancellation. 
• If notice is not provided through your client hub login, you will automatically be enrolled on the next 6 week term.
• Any cancellations for the current course cannot be refunded. You are committing to the full course of swimming lessons. 
• You do not need to do anything if you wish to continue to be enrolled for lessons.  You will automatically be enrolled on the next course.
• Minimum Class Numbers must be adhered to.  If numbers fall below the minimum your swimmer will be asked to move to an alternative class
• Payment will be due 6 weekly on the first date of each term via Direct Debit.  You will receive notification from GoCardless of the date the payment will be applied for.
• All communications should be directed through your Client Hub login to allow us to respond quickly

GENERAL NOTES

SPORTSABILITY SWIM SCHOOL :

• DO NOT refund any missed lessons by the swimmer that HAVE NOT BEEN cancelled by Sportsability Swim School.  It is the subscribers responsibility to attend scheduled lessons.

• DO NOT offer refunds for any holidays taken from swimming lessons
• DO NOT offer refunds for cancellation of lessons within their current term
• DO NOT close for school holidays – we operate 50 weeks per year unless notified otherwise
• DO NOT offer Advanced Swimming Lessons
• DO break for Christmas for a 2 week period.
• DO require payment to continue to hold any swimming places that are not attended due to holidays and injuries. 
• DO reserve the right to cancel lessons for bank holidays and unforeseen circumstances 
• DO refund any lessons that have been cancelled by ourselves due to unforeseen circumstances or bank holidays.
• DO endeavour to provide as much notice as possible for any cancelled lessons 
• DO reserve the right to change days and times of swimming lessons for subscribers to allow for progression of the swimmer within the programme.
• DO cancel swimmers places when Direct Debit Mandated are cancelled or deactivated. All swimming places will be opened up to our waiting list immediately.
