Terms & Conditions:

• All lessons must be paid for in advance.
• A child’s place is booked and committed for the whole term, cancellation during the term will not receive any refunds and any outstanding accounts must be paid for in full.
•  It is the Parent/Guardian/Carers’ responsibility to notify us of any illnesses, injuries, or medical conditions likely to impede a child’s safety or ability to participate.
• We are NOT able to offer a substitute class for any missed classes due to illness, prior engagements etc
• Any information given to Swim Quest, for example, a child’s swimming ability or medical details will be assumed to be true and accurate. Should this not be the case Swim Quest will not be liable.
• The charges set out are for a specified time and day, there will be no refunds for cancellation, or absence whatever the reason. Any additional lessons will be charged at the normal rate.
• Swim Quest reserves the right to make changes to the programme where necessary, or to cancel lessons if there are insufficient numbers.
• We reserve the right to change times and locations for reasons beyond our control.
• We will provide swimming aids and equipment as Swim Quest deem appropriate and a qualified swimming teacher for each group. During group lessons, a minimum of one member of staff will be qualified as a lifeguard/rescue teacher.
• It is the Parents/Guardians/Carers’ responsibility to maintain their children’s safety prior to and after their lesson and to maintain the safety of other children in their care.
• Photographs may be taken occasionally for Swim Quest publicity. If you have any objections to this, please indicate by clicking the relevant tab in your account details.
• Parents/Guardians/Carers are requested not to use video or any type of camera/ mobile phone in the changing rooms or poolside to comply with child protection recommendations.
• At least one Parent/Guardian/Carer is expected to be present in the pool vicinity during the lesson.
• All children must wear a  Swim Quest hat with the exception of the Adult & Child classes.
• A Swim Quest hat is given free when a child starts or moves up a Quest, however, all replacement hats (for lost or broken hats) will be paid for by the parent/guardian/carer.
• The Parent/Guardian/Carer agrees to pay any additional penalty fees incurred for late cancellation or late payment.
